Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time PA/Housekeeper to provide maternity cover for our family in Duns Tew, Oxfordshire. The role involves a combination of personal assistant duties and housekeeping responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of our household during this period.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties:
- RSVPing and managing invitations
- Diary management for the family
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Liaising with the other personal assistant
- Managing Ocado orders
- Assisting with personal admin tasks
- Gift ordering/returns
- Organising personal events and activities
Housekeeping Duties:
- Meal preparation for lunch and dinner 5 days a week
- Wardrobe management and ironing
- Organising household tasks and ensuring cleanliness
- Managing household deliveries and meal planning
- Occasional babysitting assistance may be required
Team Collaboration:
- Working collaboratively with other household staff members including driver, estate manager, weekend housekeeper, and cleaner
- Maintaining good communication and teamwork for smooth household operations
Personal Qualities
- Flexible, reliable, and a team player
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Problem-solving abilities
Requirements
- Previous experience as a PA and in private household management with references
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with other staff members
- Valid driving license preferred
