First we’ll find out what you’re looking for

We’ll schedule a phone call to dive into the details of the role, ensuring a clear understanding of your requirements. This way, we can send you only the best and most suitable candidates. The more details we gather at this stage, the more time we’ll save down the line. Our goal is to present candidates you genuinely want to interview; three great candidates are better than ten mediocre ones!

Then We’ll arrange interviews & trials with only the best candidates

Once we have gathered your shortlist we will be in touch to arrange interviews with you. We recommend that our clients interview the three or four candidates we shortlist for them (even if one really stands out). It is always good to compare your options and not to put all of your eggs in one basket! Once you have interviewed the shortlist we would then help you to arrange trials if required.

Once you have chosen your candidate we will help you with offer letters, negotiations and contracts. We will ensure that you have all the information you need in order to hire your new member of staff with confidence, including: references, right to work documents, first aid and DBS where required.
