Chloe started her career by recruiting carers and companions for private clients, she then spent five years working for a domestic staffing company, before deciding to start her own business in 2023.

2023 was a significant chapter in Chloe’s life as she balanced becoming a mum and completing a Master’s degree in HR. The launch of Abode Staff was driven by the desire to continue doing what she loved – helping her clients find the best domestic staff – whilst also having a bit more flexibility around her little girl.

Daisy Ede: Recruitment Consultant

Daisy joined Abode Staff in September 2025, bringing with her a background in events, administration, and customer service. Having worked as a Wedding Sales Executive at a prestigious venue, Daisy is used to managing busy schedules, organising events with precision, and guiding clients through important decisions – all skills that translate seamlessly into her role at Abode Staff.

With her strong organisational abilities, eye for detail, and warm, approachable nature, Daisy supports both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. She thrives on building relationships, staying on top of the finer details, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
