  • Manage the children’s morning and bedtime routines.
  • Handle school drop-offs and pick-ups for the older children, coordinating their schedules and after-school activities.
  • Full diary management for the children: arranging engaging and age-appropriate activities and playdates after school, as well as day trips during the holidays.
  • Take the children to necessary appointments, e.g., doctor and dentist.
  • Assist the older children with literacy, numeracy, and homework supervision.
  • Prepare daily fresh, varied, and healthy meals for all the children.
  • Babysit and provide proxy-parenting when needed.

Travel

  • Adapt the children’s routines when travelling and help them transition well to new environments.

Household Coordination

  • Manage the children’s term-time and holiday schedules, ensuring all activities are well-organised and timely.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order in the children’s bedrooms and play areas.
  • Collaborate effectively with other household staff to ensure a harmonious and well-run household.
  • Handle children’s laundry and ironing when required.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record as a nanny, with previous experience working with children of similar ages and a solid understanding of educational and developmental milestones.
  • Professionalism: Confident, highly reliable, well-presented, and accustomed to working in busy households.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to changing schedules and able to work weekends during the shooting season.
  • Travel Enthusiast: Excited about the opportunity to travel with the family.
  • Organisational Skills: Adept at multitasking and maintaining structure in a dynamic household.
  • Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with other household staff.
  • Pet-friendly: The family has a small, very friendly dog.
  • Driving: Confident driver with a clean licence and your own car. A nanny car is provided for working hours.

  • The opportunity to work in a fully staffed, supportive household.
  • Travel opportunities as part of your role.
  • A dynamic and rewarding work environment where your skills and professionalism are valued.
