Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeper to ensure the efficient running of our family home near Banbury, Oxfordshire. This role combines housekeeping tasks, organisation, meal preparation and caring for our two small dogs and a cat.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Household Management:
- Perform cleaning, tidying, and regular changing of linens and towels to maintain a neat and orderly home.
- Handle washing up, laundry, and ironing.
- Independently manage and organise household chores and responsibilities.
Additional Duties:
- Conduct grocery shopping through our online family account, and prepare meals.
- Supervise our son, who has epilepsy, while the employer is in the London office two days a week.
- Oversee contractors working on-site as needed.
Pet Care:
- Provide care for our two small dogs and a cat.
- Ensure their health and cleanliness, including feeding and occasional vet visits.
Requirements

- Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Tidy, organised, and detail-oriented.
